A native Brooklynite, David Chira has witnessed Brooklyn’s steady transformation into one of the most sought-after living destinations in greater New York City. David’s dedication to real estate draws from three generations of family ties to New York’s real estate development and management industries, and this guides his work today. David cultivated a deep sense of passion for his work through experiences managing talent in the fast-paced worlds of music and fitness alongside his twin brother Michael. David combines this proactive approach with a keen ability to adapt to an ever-changing market, making him a formidable asset whenever it comes to finding the right property for his clients. 

David began his career as an agent at a tech-based boutique firm founded in North Brooklyn. This opportunity allowed him to combine his bespoke style of customer service with talents for marketing and selling properties, a set of skills that has driven his success since entering the market as a salesperson.  

David currently lives in South Brooklyn with his wife. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Corporate Communications from Baruch College, and in his free time enjoys cooking, skateboarding, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
